What to Expect
Skills Bootcamps in Digital Marketing are free to the learner, flexible courses of eight weeks, giving people the opportunity to build up sector-specific skills and fast-track to an interview with an employer. These will be delivered in a blend of online, in-person and where relevant site visits and where possible we will accommodate hybrid learning and recorded sessions for those who are unable to attend any sessions.
The Skills Bootcamps are fully funded for learners and are part of the Government’s Lifetime Skills Guarantee, helping everyone gain skills for life. They are designed to help teach and strengthen skills for anyone who wants to increase their business activity, up-skill in their current role, or gain vital skills to secure a new position.

Who are Skills Bootcamps in Digital Marketing for?
This course is for anyone from any background and stage in their life who wants to improve their knowledge and skills in digital marketing. This could include people starting their own business or employees looking to build their skillset within their current role or boost their CV to improve their employability.
Eligibility
Learners must either currently work within Bristol, Bath & North East Somerset, North Somerset or South Gloucestershire or intend to work within these areas on completion of the Skills Bootcamps. They must be 19 years or older and have not completed any other Skills Bootcamps in the current financial year.
How are Skills Bootcamps funded?
The Skills Bootcamps are part of the UK Government’s Lifetime Skills Guarantee, helping everyone gain skills for life, and are funded and managed by the West of England Combined Authority, led by Metro Mayor Dan Norris, and delivered by YTKO.
Pricing structure
The Skills Bootcamps in Digital Marketing cost £3,145.84 but are free to learners. Depending on your employment status or the size of the company that you work for, there are three options for funding available from the West of England Combined Authority.
Self Employed, Sole Trader or Unemployed or employed individuals looking for a role in another organisation
100% funded so there is no cost to the employer.
SME with under 250 employees
90% funded so your employer only needs to pay 10% of the cost which totals £314.58
SME with over 250 employees
70% funded so your employer only needs to pay 30% of the cost which totals £943.75
Payments will be made via invoice and will need to be made before the course begins.
Sessions will be held online, or as a site visit or in-person at a central Bristol location. Each session takes place between 10am and 2pm unless otherwise stated. Where possible, we will accommodate hybrid learning and recorded sessions for those who are unable to attend certain weeks.
