Anne Suddick
Marketing Skills Advisor
Anne Suddick is the Marketing Skills Advisor at YTKO, dedicated to empowering startup business owners and entrepreneurs. With a background in teaching and experience running her own marketing consultancy supporting SMEs, she brings a diverse skill set to the role.
Previously, she served as a performance marketing manager, managing six-figure ad budgets across Meta and Google platforms to drive phenomenal growth through innovative digital campaigns for e-commerce brands. Known for her flair for strategy and creativity, she has successfully executed marketing campaigns across email, social media, and digital ads.
Anne has a passion for working with small business owners who are wearing a lot of hats and spinning many plates, helping them focus their marketing efforts on the areas that will drive growth for their business in a sustainable way.
In her spare time, Anne loves to spend quality moments with her husband, children, and dog, and as a family, they enjoy outdoor adventures and action-packed holidays.
Andy Weeks
Enterprise Coach
Andy is an experienced Business Coach and Workshop Facilitator at the YTKO Group, having spent many years working with both Established and Start-Up Businesses in the West of England, finding effective and innovative solutions and maximising trading performance for these enterprises, across various industry sectors.
He currently a has particular interest in Business Strategy, Finance & Sustainability and has considerable experience in the wider SME sector where he spent in excess of 20 years in business banking, with a major UK lender, where he was responsible for a varied portfolio with aggregate debit balances of approaching £20 million.
He has also previously worked in the third sector for the Citizen’s Advice Bureau, as well as having run his own business advice consultancy and has also worked for Business West – One of the Region’s key enterprise organisations.
Pascale Mama
Marketing Lead
Pascale is an experienced corporate marketing and communications professional with a strong focus on digital marketing, social media, and content creation. She started her career in journalism, which gave her a solid foundation in clear communication and storytelling.
Over the years, she has worked at a leading global engineering consultancy, where she developed skills in building marketing strategies, managing stakeholder relationships, and analysing data to improve engagement.
As the Marketing Lead at YTKO, Pascale is responsible for creating and running successful marketing campaigns that support both the company’s brand and its business goals.
As well as her creative approach to project management and understanding of the digital world, she is also actively involved in promoting and helping with inclusive workshops and networking events that encourage learning and collaboration.
