Constructing Modern Methods (CMM) is a digital tool that will allow users to optioneer against a database of modular housing developers, to understand which modular construction systems, organisations and performance options will best suit to the need of a site and local authority strategy. 

CMM is intended to support innovation by allowing MMC companies to bring their solutions to the table through a robust and quality assured database, in a way that relying on individual knowledge and experience, might otherwise tend towards familiar options. 

The tool will make a full spectrum of products visible and accessible to decision makers in local authorities, helping narrow down the field to a number of possible options based on local policy and project specific criteria.

Phil is the lead for the Enabling Housing Innovation for Inclusive Growth project as well as Constructing Modern Methods. He has worked in the construction sector for over ten years, working closely with the Government, industry supply chains and innovators.
