Organisational Sustainability holds a wealth of opportunities for businesses and the self-employed to improve the imact of a business and keep up with ever-changing trends, as well as providing unlimited career options for those who possess these increasingly in-demand skills.
What to Expect
Skills Bootcamps in Organisational Sustainability are free to the learner courses, masterclasses take place weekly over the course of ten weeks, giving people the opportunity to build up sector-specific skills.
The Skills Bootcamps are fully funded for learners and are part of the Government’s Lifetime Skills Guarantee, helping everyone gain skills for life. They are designed to help teach and strengthen skills for anyone who wants to increase their business activity or up-skill in their current role, and grow and develop their business.

These courses are designed for employees in organisations of any size who are ready to take the next step in their career, and the self-employed looking to grow and develop their business.
Eligibility
Learners must either currently work within Bristol, Bath & North East Somerset, North Somerset or South Gloucestershire or intend to work within these areas on completion of the Skills Bootcamps. They must be 19 years or older and have not completed any other Skills Bootcamps in the current financial year.
How are Skills Bootcamps funded?
The Skills Bootcamps are part of the UK Government’s Lifetime Skills Guarantee, helping everyone gain skills for life, and are funded and managed by the West of England Mayoral Combined Authority, and delivered by YTKO.
Sessions will be held mainly online but to help you get to know your tutors and fellow participants, we hold initial in-person sessions. If you are unable to make any of these sessions, we can provide hybrid learning and access to recordings.
The first session is in-person, where you will have the opportunity to meet the team and ask any questions you may have, as well as meet your fellow learners.
